सर्वोच्च अदालत बार एशोसिएशन एक व्यावसायिक संस्था हो । स्वतन्त्र, सक्षम तथा उत्तरदायी न्यायपालिका, विधिको शासन, लोकतन्त्र र मानवअधिकारका लागि दृढतापूर्वक आफ्नो काम, कारबाही अगाडि बढाउन र सदस्यहरुको हकहित, मर्यादा एवम् वृत्ति विकासका काम गर्ने उद्देश्यले तत्कालीन कानूनमा स्नातक गरी सर्वोच्च अदालतमा कानूनी अभ्यास (वकालत) गर्ने कानून व्यवसायीहरूको सक्रियतामा वि.सं. २०३० साल फागुन ८ गते सर्वोच्च अदालत बार एशोसिएशनको स्थापना भएको हो ।
